We’ve written some great films over the years. Films like 'Kenny', ‘Happy Feet’, ‘Master and Commander’, 'Ten Canoes', 'Lantana', 'The Boys', 'Shine', 'Strictly Ballroom', 'Muriel's Wedding', 'Chopper', ' Two Hands', ‘Mad Max 2', 'The Chant of Jimmy Blacksmith', 'Gallipoli', ‘Babe’, ‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’, ‘Breaker Morant’, ‘The Piano’, ‘Saw’, ‘Wolf Creek’, and recently ‘The Combination’, and ‘Samson and Delilah’. Can we do it again? Yes we can.

But those films weren't made from screenplays that were dashed off in haste to catch the latest box-office trend. They came from the heart and were written and rewritten many times by scriptwriters who absorbed the input of others along the journey towards ‘The Movie’.
